MAY/MIGHT
  1. 在绝大多数情况下,may与might可通用
  2. use "may have" or "might have" for the past.
  3. could has similar meaning to may and might.
  4. couldn't is different from may and might.
    eg: She was too far away, so she couldn't have seen you.
  5. use only "might" (not may) when the situation is not real:
    If I knew them better, I might invite them to dinner.
  6. may as well do sth. = might as well do sth. which means should do something because there is nothing better to do and there is no reason not to do it.
    eg: What shall we do? shall we Walk?
          We might as well. It's a nice day and I don't want to wait here for an hour.
